Quick Answers
Operational answers about the live preview, approval flow, and support path.
How fresh is the routine preview?
The preview always reflects the latest approved run and selected publish option from your workflow.
Can students and faculty use the same routine source?
Yes. Once a run is approved, student/faculty panels consume the same published timetable data.
What happens before approval?
Generated options remain in review. Only approved options are pushed to live preview and panel views.
Can AI and manual generation both be used?
Yes. The system supports manual planning, AI-assisted generation, and hybrid lock-plus-AI workflows before review and approval.
How does approval work?
Runs stay in review until an approval decision is made. Only approved options become visible in live preview and routine access pages.
Can I request corrections quickly?
